So week four is over and while it wasn't the best of weeks I did in fact manage enough stickers to get my surprise (which was the reward for week four):
Now it's time to move on to week five in the hopes that while it has not started off fantastically it will become one of the better weeks. The goals are:

- Write something every day (yup, the old classic again, think it'll be staying for a while!)
- Do project (now there are a few to work on which range from general admin to sewing to woodwork!)
- Not be hard on myself (I am still struggling with this one but will try to remember that I'm not going to get better over night!)
- Have breakfast and lunch (yup, it's back! Having got past the hospital meal provision and the random post-op hunger I am back to struggling to remember that eating is in fact important)
- Go outside (this one remains from last week, however due to intense pain so far this week it has been reduced to when I can, rather than every day)
