So week one of the sticker chart is complete and has resulted in a good number of stickers!
The goals for this week carried on from week one are:
- · Go outside at least once a day
- · Write something every day
- · Do balance physio at least once a day
With two new goals for week two:
- · Have breakfast and lunch (sounds kinda obvious but it’s something that I am actually really bad at doing and in the run up to surgery the little things become important)
- · Start preparing for surgery (this involves things like getting all seven Harry Potter books onto my MP3 player and figuring out what I need to take to hospital with me)
